Set-up & Administration
- Set-up of your company payroll system
- All administration throughout the contract term regarding new starters and leavers (P45, P46)
- Calculation of statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP etc.)
Monthly Processing
- Processing of payroll for all employees
- Printing all payslips
- Posting payslips to you in one batch for internal distribution
- Provision of comprehensive summaries of all deductions from gross pay, for you to update your Accounting System
Year End Processing
- Year end processing for all employees
- Printing P60s for all current employees, and posting these to you in one batch for internal distribution
- Completing your P35
- Sending all documents to you for review and sign off, before we file the returns with the Inland Revenue online
- Additional Services PAYE inspections
